Good, spicy chai. The owner has you taste it first to nail down your milk/sweet to spice ratio

I had a wonderful Chai and a Dosa cooked to perfection! If you’re a Chai enthusiast don’t miss this little gem. The owner is so attentive and has milk options and vegan and gluten free food options if you have food allergies!

Bali in so warm and welcoming and has a beautiful offering in this hidden gem (inside of a Mexican food restaurant). The Masala Chai is authentic, and his homemade food is spiced beautifully and delicious. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Bali!

By far the best Chai in Seattle. Bali also has plenty of food from dosa to parathas and a rotating menu of entrees. Be sure to try the pink chai (green tea) as well! I’ve been coming here every week for over a year now. Also dog friendly so feel free to bring your pups.

Best masala chai in Seattle. Tip: ask the very friendly owner, Bali, to teach you how to make it yourself at home. He’ll sell you the fresh ingredients too.

the realest. Also the bestest chai I've ever had. Bali handcrafts his own mixes. He is attentive and asks what you need for your body to feel comfort and restore. Everytime I feel down I come over for a full meal by Bali

Bali, the owner, is super friendly and entertaining. Chai hit the spot. Chicken dosa was perfect - savory, spicy, crispy, fresh. Prices are so reasonable. He also sells loose leaf chai blends. It's located inside Puerto Vallarta Restaurant.

The owner of this pop-up is very friendly and greeted us the moment we entered to explain the menu. The food and teas are made to order. The dosa and dei wrap were tasty and the pink chai was spiced well. The food is inexpensive. This pop-up is inside of Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant.
